In case of hardware issues requiring device replacement, the upgrade can be transferred to an equivalent model or a manufacturer-provided replacement device.
Transferring an upgrade to a device within another organizational account is not permitted.
Transferring an upgrade from one device model to another within the same domain is not possible.
Transfers are audited.
